ElyChat combines automated bioinformatics processing, reference data, software tools, statistical or machine-learning methods, and conversational artificial-intelligence systems. These technologies are inherently imperfect.

Outputs Can Be Incorrect

ElyChat Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, internally inconsistent, or entirely wrong. Errors may arise from the uploaded sequence, assembly quality, annotation databases, reference coverage, algorithms, software dependencies, model behavior, third-party resources, or the conversational AI layer.

Potential errors include, without limitation:

• hallucinated facts or references;
• incorrect gene or protein annotations;
• incorrect taxonomic identification;
• false-positive or false-negative functional predictions;
• missed genes, domains, pathways, resistance determinants, virulence factors, or metabolic capabilities;
• incorrect interpretations of homology or genomic context;
• incorrect biological conclusions drawn from computational evidence;
• software, pipeline, database, parsing, or versioning errors; and
• conclusions that are scientifically plausible but not experimentally established.

No Guarantee of Biological Function or Outcome

The presence, absence, similarity, annotation, or predicted function of a sequence does not by itself establish actual phenotype, expression, activity, safety, efficacy, pathogenicity, resistance, virulence, host interaction, industrial performance, regulatory status, or commercial suitability.

Elytron does not guarantee that an Output can be reproduced experimentally or that a proposed biological interpretation will be correct.

Independent Validation Is Required

You must independently evaluate and validate Outputs before relying on them. The appropriate level of validation depends on the intended use and may include manual review, literature review, independent computational tools, qualified professional review, laboratory experiments, sequencing confirmation, controls, or field validation.

YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ELYCHAT AND FROM ANY DECISION OR ACTION BASED ON AN OUTPUT.

Elytron is not responsible for experiments, research decisions, publications, regulatory submissions, product-development decisions, strain selection, commercial decisions, intellectual-property decisions, biosafety decisions, laboratory or field activities, or other actions taken in reliance on ElyChat, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

The warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability in the ElyChat Terms of Service apply fully to ElyChat and all Outputs.
